How to collect
- After making the payment online, please head to our BLAXK by ActionCity retail store from 7 – 17 October 2021.
- Flash your purchase order email to our retail staff.
- Sign off a letter to confirm that you have collected the item and return the letter to our retail staff.

2) No refund or exchange will be entertained except in the case of broken or missing parts.

Returns
The inventory is always changing, and is not completely managed by us due to the involvement of multiple different parties, such as the factory and our warehouse. The actual inventory may change at any moment. It's possible that you may not receive your purchase after it has been placed.
Our policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed after you bought your product, we are unable to provide a refund or exchange.
The item cannot be in use and must be in its original condition. The item must be returned in its original packaging.
