Our warehouse staff is highly trained to pack your goods precisely according to the specifications that we supply. Your goods will undergo an extensive inspection and be securely packaged before being shipped. We deliver to hundreds of thousands of customers daily across different countries. The fact that we are committed to becoming the biggest online retailer in the world is obvious. Both Europe and the USA have distribution and warehouse centres.
Note: Orders that contain more than one item will be assigned a distinct processing period for each item.
We will thoroughly inspect all items before sending. Most orders are now shipped within 48 hours. The delivery time varies between 3-7 days.
Returns
The inventory is always changing, and is not completely managed by us due to the involvement of multiple different parties, such as the factory and our warehouse. The actual inventory may change at any moment. It's possible that you may not receive your purchase after it has been placed.
Our policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed after you bought your product, we are unable to provide a refund or exchange.
The item cannot be in use and must be in its original condition. The item must be returned in its original packaging.
